We are sure you are going to love Fresh Cloud but if for any reason you don’t, simply contact support to request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and you will receive a full refund.

Our support team may ask your reason for requesting a refund so that we can offer you help or an alternative. We have many members who continued their membership once we were able to address their concerns and answer their questions.
If you prefer not to give a reason for a refund, that is absolutely fine and it does not affect your refund.
In the event of a refund, your account will be closed immediately. The websites and stores in your account will be taken offline and scheduled for deletion.
We do not keep any backups of refunded accounts and any data will be non-recoverable within 24 hours of your account closing.
Please ensure you have backups and exports of all your data before confirming your refund in order to avoid data loss.
You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the first payment of your Fresh Cloud package. Package upgrades, package downgrades and recurring payments are not eligible for a refund.

If our team imports multiple WordPress websites into your Fresh Cloud account this may end your refund period. This is due to the manual work involved. We will always inform you before starting any imports if this is the case.
Our refund policy for a specific product or service can be found on the order page for that product or service.
In the event that there are no details about a refund policy on the order page, the product or service is non-refundable.
Third party products and services recommended by Fresh Cloud are not covered in this refund policy.
Please contact our support team about a refund or payment dispute before opening a Chargeback or PayPal dispute. We will always be able to resolve your refund request directly.
Opening a Chargeback or a PayPal dispute will delay your refund by at least 30 days. Fresh Cloud has no control over the speed of disputes being processed and the money may be locked up for a long period of time.
Opening a Chargeback or a PayPal dispute will automatically waive your right to a refund in all circumstances. This is due to the reputation damage and cost incurred by Fresh Cloud when a dispute or chargeback is placed.
