We have already contacted Fresh Store Instant members about this upgrade. If you did not see our emails, please use the support icon in the bottom right of this page to update your account details.

If you have logged in to your Fresh Cloud account and are missing any websites, please contact support.
This is now in your Fresh Cloud account. Please use the password reset to get access to your account if you can’t login. If you can’t see the option to download Fresh Store Builder, please contact support.
Please use the Password Reset page and you will receive an email to choose a new password.
If you do not receive the email, please try other email addresses that you may have used. Sometimes an email linked to your PayPal account has been used to create your account.
If you still can’t access your account, please contact support and we will locate it for you.
